● Child’s Details: Name, date of birth, and age.
● Vital Safeguarding & Medical Information: Comprehensive allergy records, dietary or religious requirements, long-term medical conditions, doctor’s details, and signed consents for medication administration or emergency first aid.
B. For General Enquiries & Marketing:
● Parents/Carers or Practitioners: Name, email address, phone number, postcode, preferred location for updates, and any message you include.
C. Technical Data:
● Limited technical information regarding how you use our website and how our advertising performs (e.g., browser type, approximate location, device type, and campaign tracking).

● Process bookings, manage class registers, and safely administer our holiday club.

● On-Site Security: Highly sensitive data (such as our site 'Medical Alert' sheets, Emergency Contacts, and Accident Logs) is printed and kept securely on-site at St Anne’s House during active club sessions, accessible only to authorized, DBS-checked staff.
● Internal Tools: We use secure digital spaces like Google Workspace (including Google Sheets) to manage general interest lists and enquiries.
● Third Parties: We never sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted tools that help us operate (e.g., email distribution systems, web hosting) or if legally obligated to do so by local authority safeguarding boards or emergency services.
